Refund Policy - the basics
Due to the nature of our business, we can not offer returns or refunds on food. We understand that things happen, shipping delays, pushed to the back of the fridge or someone else ate it.

If your product arrives damaged, email us a photo of the packaging, the product and purchase date. we will offer a one time exchange.

Don't like the flavor, we suggest you order a sampler box before making a large order.

Food is perishable, Do not leave out on the porch or in a mailbox, be sure to stop in fridge or freezer immediately.

Once products leave our hands, the product becomes the responsibility of the USPS. please file a claim with them first.

We are not responsible for wrong addresses, wrong names, or misinformation you provide to us.
​
All orders will be email confirmed at placement, before shipment and with a final tracking number. Once shipped we are NO longer responsible.
